Futere and nature stakeholder integration in climate deliberation
No âmbito da COST Action SHiFT "Social Sciences and Humanities for Transformation and Climate Resilience", foi publicado o livro "Creative Methods Toolkit For Imagining, Designing and Teaching Regenerative Futures", editado por Jelena Ristić Trajković e Julia Bentz.
Fátima Alves e Diogo Guedes Vidal do Societies and Environmental Sustainability Research Group do Centre for Functional Ecology - Science for People & the Planet, Laboratório Associado Terra da Universidade de Coimbra e da sua extensão na Universidade Aberta de Portugal, assinam o capítulo "Future and Nature Stakeholder Integration in Climate Deliberation".

Fátima Alves and Diogo Guedes Vidal from the Societies and Environmental Sustainability Research Group at the Centre for Functional Ecology - Science for People & the Planet, a branch of the Terra Associated Laboratory at the University of Coimbra and its extension at Universidade Aberta of Portugal, contribute a chapter entitled "Future and Nature Stakeholder Integration in Climate Deliberation". Drawing on their work within the SHiFT and Phoenix H2020 projects, they present an innovative method for incorporating the perspectives of future generations and nature (and its elements) into climate deliberation processes, thus promoting more inclusive and sustainable outcomes. This toolkit complements the book "Imagining, Designing and Teaching Regenerative Futures: Creative Approaches and Inspirations From Around the World", which will be published in 2025 as part of the Springer *Sustainable Societies Series*.
The toolkit provides a broad range of educational methods related to community engagement, regenerative futures, wellbeing, innovation, and transformative learning. With a user-friendly structure, the toolkit enables researchers, educators, and change-makers to easily navigate various methods through tags and tables, simplifying the selection of tools suited to each context. It is ideal for those seeking to develop skills in regenerative design, climate action, and sustainability education!
